1. Are you fully insured & bonded?

 Yes. We carry liability, property damage, worker’s compensation, and employee bonding.

 If you’d like we’ll send you a certificate validating our coverage.

    2. What are your working hours?

 Our working hours are completely flexible depending upon your needs, day or night, Monday through Friday, and weekends too! You can either be there while we clean or leave and feel safe knowing we’ll handle any alarm, security, or special needs you may have.

    3. Do you supply the cleaning supplies and equipment?

 Yes!!! Just another aspect of our cleaning service. Our cleaning products are non-toxic, non-abrasive, and safe for the environment. We can also provide/supply/or maintain your supply needs including cleaning supplies/paper products, and even light bulbs!

    4. Suppose something is damaged during service?

  We use the utmost care as though your items were our own. If however something is damaged, we will attempt to have it repaired or replaced. We’ll make every effort to resolve the matter quickly, and to your satisfaction.

    5. How do I pay for your services?

 We generally invoice monthly but we can accommodate any financial system you need. Make checks payable to “Reil Cleaning Services”. Any NSF checks along with associated cost will be the responsibility of the maker

    6. What is the cost to clean or service my needs?

  Fees are based upon your individual requirements whether they’re A to Z or just “a little here and there”.

    7. Why should I use a cleaning service?

  Keeping a clean sanitary environment enhances the work experience for you & your employees, improving morale and increasing worker productivity. If you are a service business such as a Bank or a Merchant, cleanliness is usually the first thing a customer will notice too.   Also, keeping your office clean will help keep repair & maintenance costs to a minimum. With our attention to detail you can let us worry about the little things!

8. Do the same people come every visit to clean?

  We make every effort possible to ensure that the same people are always going to take care of you. We certainly want our employees to build a relationship with our clients which results in trust and satisfaction. However, there are sometimes circumstances that are beyond our control, if this happens, please rest assured that the people coming in to clean are just as capable as any other employee that we have.

9. Will you perform additional tasks above and beyond the normal tasks?

We are always willing to accommodate special requests, whether it be cleaning or any one of the many services we provide. Depending on the request we may need sufficient time to schedule in the event if we can’t do it “on the spot”.
